How long will shipping be?

We offer free standard postage on orders over $60 within Australia. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive if you are located within a metro area and up to 8 business days if you are located in a regional area. Express and international shipping rates are available and calculated at checkout. 

What is the returns policy?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind however we understand the difficulties and barriers of shopping online so if you are not satisfied with your product please email hello@mikaplanners.com.au. If your product has arrived faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to replace it for you at no additional cost.
