While we aim to get your package on its way to you as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that we’re a small team based in Port Lincoln, South Australia. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days, however during peak seasons (such as planner launches or sale periods) dispatch times can extend to up to 7 days.

Pre-Order Items

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together, once all items are available.

If your order includes more than one pre-order item, your order will be dispatched according to the latest pre-order dispatch time.
