Shipping Policy

We’re so excited for you to receive your Mika Planners order! While we aim to get your package on its way to you as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that we’re a small team based in Port Lincoln, South Australia. We usually dispatch within a few business days, however during peak seasons (such as planner launches or sale periods) dispatch times can extend to up to 7+ days.

In Stock Items

Most orders will be dispatched within a few business days, but please allow up to 1–2 weeks during busy periods. If you have an urgent order, please reach out to us at hello@mikaplanners.com.au before placing your order.

Pre-Order Items

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together, once all items are available.

If your order includes more than one pre-order item, your order will be dispatched according to the latest pre-order dispatch time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mika Planners products. That’s why we offer a 30-day change-of-mind store credit policy.

Change of mind returns: Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, unopened, in their original packaging and condition, and with proof of purchase. Once received, your return will be processed as a store credit sent to you via email.

Refunds: Refunds are only available if a product is faulty. If your item is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement where possible, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Faulty items: If your product is faulty, we’ll replace it where possible, or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Materials & Care

Your Mika Personal Planner will come with a complimentary microfibre suede dust cover. We recommend keeping the planner safe and sound in the pouch whilst it sits amongst other items in your bag. This will protect the vegan leather and the pages. If you spill anything on the cover, you can use a damp cloth to gently wipe to area.
