Pre-order items will ship once stock arrives. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once all items are available. Dispatch dates are listed on the product page.

Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
We ship all orders from Port Lincoln, South Australia. Orders are dispatched within a few business days, though during peak times (like launches and sales) dispatch can take up to 7 days
- Australia-wide: Free shipping on orders over $80.
- $10 Standard Shipping for all orders under $80
- $15 Express shipping on all orders
- International (NZ): $20 Shipping on all orders

Returns
We want you to love your Mika Planners products! Here’s how our policy works:
- Change of mind: We offer a store credit for change-of-mind returns (excluding digital downloads). Items must be unopened, in their original packaging and condition, and returned at the customer’s expense with proof of purchase.
- Faulty items: If your product is faulty, we’ll replace it where possible, or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Materials & Care
Your Mika Personal Planner will come with a complimentary microfibre suede dust cover. We recommend keeping the planner safe and sound in the pouch whilst it sits amongst other items in your bag. This will protect the vegan leather and the pages. If you spill anything on the cover, you can use a damp cloth to gently wipe to area.
