Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Mika Planners products. That’s why we offer a 30-day change-of-mind store credit policy.
Change of mind returns: Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, unopened, in their original packaging and condition, and with proof of purchase. Once received, your return will be processed as a store credit sent to you via email.
Refunds: Refunds are only available if a product is faulty or damaged. If your item is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement where possible, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable. Please contact us with your order number if you happen receive a faulty or damaged item, and our team will be happy to assist you
